Hi, I ordered a mosaic pattern duvet cover in multi-color that was basicically terra cotta with many other colors and you approved it but I then saw that my credit card was declined as I just got a new credit card as I was hacked five times and I read the expiration date wrong. How can I re-order this unique and amazing comforter? BTW you guys didn't seem to be aware it was declined and I no longer see the cover on AMazon or your website.
