My first William Morris inspired design to be published. I have been working on a lot of Morris designs and this is the first one that I'm comfortable sharing. I focused on the design and style more than making this a repeating pattern. I think this would make a great quilt block.

I've always wanted a koi pond. I have also been a huge fan of van Gogh since seeing an exhibition with my 5th grade class. I was in awe seeing huge swaths of paint up close that seemed random but created a beautiful piece from a distance. I merged these two favorites to create a couple of different designs leaning on the style of van Gogh while getting the fish that I want. It was a lot of fun and I hope you like them.

I'm proofing my Japonisme (Japanese Style) designs and I'm particularly happy how this one came out. I used traditional fabric design references but I scaled the images to be larger than traditional fabric. If you want a scaled down version, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

My daughters are so excited to have a movie that speaks to them. They just got home from the movies with their friends and are so excited. They want fabric YESTERDAY so I put together this pink gingham design for them in three sizes for different uses, including some dress making for dolls. I laid out three versions of the design. One with 1 inch squares for bedding and clothing, one with 1/2 inch squares for smaller kids, and another with 1/4 inch squares for dolls. I hope you like them!

I just got the proof of our first Mid-Century Modern fabric swatch with Spoonflower and it's awesome!

I just finished this floral pattern for the East Fork Autumnal Table Linens Design Challenge. I chose to focus on the natural beauty of the Appalachian mountains and the folk art of the people who have called the mountains home for generations. I put together a floral design using folk art inspired graphic elements with modern accuracy. I think this combination results in a product that has a clean, modern look while giving a nod to folk art artists of the pasts. I used three of East Fork's glaze colors with this design: Blue Ridge, Amaro, and Panna Cotta. I think these would look very nice alongside my dinner on an East Fork Pottery place setting.

Playing around with merging dinosaurs for a 1950's style movie monster pattern. I spent my childhood in the 70's and early 80's watching old monster movies and loving every bit of it. I'm really happy to offer up Stegosaurus Rex - coming to a theater near you!

One of our favorite patterns produced from scratch. This is based on a tulip shape with leaves and tied together with complimentary color elements to give a warm, Mid-Century Modern feel.
